this system and provide information about yourself, you trust Corrigo to act in a responsible
manner. We at Corrigo believe the information you provide us should be used to help us provide
you with better service. We have put this policy in place to describe our practices regarding
our use of information disclosed by users.
Corrigo delivers mobile service management solutions combining Business-to-Business (B2B),
Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and wireless technologies.
Corrigo Inc. is the manufacturer and owner of CorrigoNet and its subsidiary products,
including its Web sites. Member has a contractual relationship with Corrigo Inc.
CorrigoNet products and services will be used by a variety of users (the “Users”), each
of whom has a separate relationship with the Member, whether as an employee, tenant, vendor,
or other designated agent.
Information Collection and Use
Corrigo is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. Corrigo will not sell,
share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement.
Corrigo collects information regarding the use of the system, such as traffic patterns and related
site information, to improve the services provided to Member as well as to build a better product.
Only the Member, it’s designated agents, and specific employees at Corrigo have access to CorrigoNet
data. However, Corrigo will comply with all laws and regulations with respect to the collection,
use and distribution of information, and Corrigo will also cooperate with law enforcement officers
as necessary regarding any use of this site.
To use this Web site, a Member must provide Corrigo with certain User information, such as name,
phone number, and email address. This information is used to allow the User access to CorrigoNet and
to provide a level of security for the Web site by authenticating Users and issuing passwords.
Corrigo requests information from the User on service request forms. The User must provide his
or her phone number and password to access the system and to complete work order requests. If Corrigo
has trouble processing a request, this information is used to get in touch with the User. This
information is required in order to provide the service requested by the User, and is not distributed
to any parties outside of Corrigo, Member, and Member- designated agents.
Corrigo uses cookie technology in order to operate a more efficient site. Usage of a cookie is
in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on Corrigo’s site. A User may opt
to use the autologin cookie. When autologin is chosen from the Login page or the Preferences page, a
cookie is stored on the User’s local computer for the purpose of identifying the User the next time the
User accesses the site, so the User does not have to log in again.
Corrigo will share aggregated demographic information with its partners. This is not linked to any
personal information that can identify any individual person. Corrigo may work with another party to
provide specific services. When the User signs up for these services, Corrigo will share names or
other contact information as necessary for the third party to provide the services requested by the
User. Corrigo discloses aggregated user data in order to describe our services to current and
prospective partners and other third parties, and for other lawful purposes.

From time to time, Corrigo requests information from Users via surveys. Participation in these
surveys is completely voluntary. The User has a choice whether or not to disclose requested information.
Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the use of the Web site and the
satisfaction of the community.
This Web site takes every precaution to protect Users’ information. When Users submit sensitive
information via the Web site, the information is protected both online and offline.

Corrigo also takes precautions to protect User information offline. All of Corrigo’s Users’
information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in Corrigo’s collocation
facilities. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to
personally identifiable information. Furthermore, ALL employees are kept up to date on security and
privacy practices. Finally, the servers that Corrigo stores personally identifiable information on
are kept in a secure environment.
Supplementation of Information
For Corrigo to enhance its ability to tailor the site to a User’s preference, it combines information
about the maintenance problems of Users with similar information from our other Members to create asset
profiles. Personally identifiable information of Users is not included in these profiles.
Site and Services Updates
Corrigo sends site and service announcement updates. Members are not able to unsubscribe from
service announcements, which contain important information about the service. Corrigo communicates
with Users to provide requested services and in regard to issues relating to Users’ accounts via
email or phone.
Correction/Updating Personal Information
If a User’s personally identifiable information changes (such as the phone number or email address),
Corrigo will endeavor to provide a way to correct, update, or remove that User’s personal data.
This can usually be done on the User’s Preferences page.
Notification of Changes
Users are always aware of what information Corrigo collects, how it uses it, and under what circumstances,
if any, it discloses it. If at any point Corrigo decides to use personally identifiable information in a
manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, Corrigo will notify Users via email.
Users will have a choice as to whether or not Corrigo may use their information in this different manner.
